At UniCare, we want students to shop with confidence. Our UniCare refund policy ensures that you can return or exchange products easily within 30 days of purchase. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about eligibility, returns process, and how to get assistance if necessary.

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days pass, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must keep the item unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some personal care and health products

Always keep your receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item. Do not send products back to the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve the refund, we will process it and credit your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, since processing may take some time.
  3. Contact your bank if necessary.

Sale items

We refund only regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product for the same item, email us at UniCare Support and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If you bought an item as a gift and it shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the returned product. After we receive the item, we will mail a gift certificate.

If the gift was not marked correctly or shipped to the gift giver, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

Send your return to: {physical address}.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
